INGREDIENTS

200g Brussel Sprouts
100g Carrots, cut into 1 cm pieces
200g Mushrooms
1000g Cauliflower
100g Broccoli
100g Pearl Red Onion
100g Cherry Tomatoes
5 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon dried garden mix spice (Parsley, Oregano, Shallots, Garlic)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Clean and prepare the vegetables. Mix all the vegetables, spices, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them in separate rows on the baking sheets.

3. Place the baking sheets into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Afterward, gently turn the vegetables and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until they are golden and tender.

4. Remove the baking sheets from the oven and let the vegetables cool for a few minutes. Transfer them to a serving platter and arrange the vegetables in the desired pattern.
